Sport Mode One provides over $10,000 in financial assistance each year, and we do our best to assist as many families as possible. As we partner with generous families, we’ll help even more players in the years ahead.
HOW TO APPLY:
To apply, please fill out the form below. If possible, include a letter of reference from a coach, teacher, or mentor or a summary written by the player as to why they want to attend a camp or play on a club team. Applications are reviewed weekly, and we’ll follow up with you within 7-10 days.
